  1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

    Personal Data is divided into two (2) classifications: Specific Personal Data and General Personal Data. General Personal Data includes full name, gender, nationality, religion, marital status, and/or Personal Data combined to identify an individual (including but not limited to passport and other identities such as photo, phone number of Users and non-Users in your contact list). Individual Data includes full name, National Identification Card (KTP), Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), gender, place and date of birth, membership number, address as found on your official identity documents, residential address, shipping address, email address, mobile phone number, home phone number, and may also include individual data related to the Company, such as the full name of the CEO or representative of the entity, the full name of the person in charge, the NPWP and KTP of the person in charge, their phone number, and email address.
    2. Transaction Data includes purchase or order history, interests, preferences, feedback and suggestions, survey responses from you, in relation to Users, the type of services sought, details regarding pickup and/or delivery, and the types of services that can be provided at the time.
    3. Financial and Payment Data includes bank account details and payment card information such as the type of card or payment account used, the name of the card or payment account issuer, the name of the cardholder or account holder, the account or card identification number, the card's security code, and the expiration date of the payment card or account, as applicable, virtual account data, financial history (including but not limited to payment card or account transaction history, card/account details, usage/payment data, recipient details (including their account details), payment methods used, amount paid, billing details, and invoice details.
    4. Technical Data includes details about your use of our Services, such as user-generated identification (user ID), in-app ordering services, in-app search services, Internet Protocol (IP) address, data about web pages viewed before or after, the duration of each visit/session, device identification (ID), Media Access Control (MAC) address, advertising ID, and other device information including details about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of the device you use to access the application, crash logs, and information regarding apps installed on your device.
    5. Device Data includes device data such as the type of device you use to access the application, including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, language preferences, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial number, device movement information, and/or mobile network information.
    6. Log Data includes records on the server that receives data, such as the device's IP address, date and time of access, features of the service or pages viewed, service processes, and other system activities, browser type, and/or third-party sites or services used by the User before interacting with the Service.
    7. Location Data includes real-time (live) geographic location data of your device.


    We may:
    1. Create, use, license, or disclose a combination of your Personal Data in the form of statistical or demographic data for any reasonable purpose.
